Can we eat our way out of the winter blues? This is the topic of discussion in a recent interview with Toronto Star. If you experience SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) during the Canadian winter, then you might be wondering if your diet and lifestyle can play a role in helping lift your mood.

Well, I definetly think it can! I am a big proponent of the role of diet in mood, and so I was happy to discuss this in this article.
