Feel confident and in control of the nutrition needs for your unique body and exercise goals, boost your energy, feel stronger, and support lasting healthy lifestyle and nutrition habits.
HOW IT WORKS
We will review medical history (bloodwork, medical test results), digestive history, lifestyle habits, exercise routine, biometrics (body composition reports), and a 3-5 day food & lifestyle journal (this will be sent to you after booking in). Together we will set specific health & fitness goals to determine the direction and tracking metrics for our plan, and discuss the priority areas to start with to support your health, fitness and wellness.
Following the session, you will be provided with a comprehensive nutrition care plan with action steps, resources and recipes to help you meet them.
At our initial session and at weeks 8 and 16, you will be provided with a customized menu plan to support your exercise, health and wellness goals.
Your coach will provide short, actionable each week on your food & lifestyle journal to help encourage your progress and proven short term intermittent feedback (which is key for success!)
In this learning portal you’ll have access to trainings and resources to support meal prep, pre and post workout nutrition and more.
We will review progress with our plan goals, review any relevant tracking metrics (body part measurements, body composition), discuss any setbacks and make adjustments to your nutrition plan as necessary to keep you moving forward towards your goals. You will be provided with protocols & support resources following check-in sessions to keep you on track.
If you get stuck between sessions, you have access to your Dietitian for private messaging support.

This program is highly personalized and in-depth. Although you have access to my online training portal with key trainings and resources to guide you through your journey of improving fitness and health, during our initial assessment, 1-1 follow-ups and in between messaging, we will dive deeper into your individual health history in order to develop specific goals and monitor measures of progress for you.

This program is intended to give you BACK the time you’ve been wasting on endless social media and google scrolling, looking for answers about what the best way for you to see body composition change and feel better. You can stop worrying about whether you’re making the right decisions for your health, and focus on the changes that truly matter.

Yes, the program is exclusively online. We will have our appointments as video chat/online calls through a secure platform together. You also will gain access to a client portal where you can send me private messages and questions, log in your journal, upload health documents and will receive important task reminders from me.
The program training portal with all of the training videos, additional resources and guides is in another course platform that is available on desktop or as an app so you can access your resources and the training videos whenever you need them!
