I’m Leigh, an IBS expert, and Registered Dietitian with a focus on gut health and fitness. I help individuals optimize their gut health and fitness through personalized nutrition-coaching and lifestyle counselling.

I've personally dealt with uncomfortable bloating and digestive symptoms, and through my own journey as well as working with many individuals with IBS, have a thorough understanding of the steps to help manage and find freedom from it.

    That’s why I developed it – to be able to help more people with IBS and gut symptoms make sustainable lifestyle and nutrition shifts with evidence based tools around the world. 🌎😮

  • We recommend allocating 30 minutes each week to review the training videos and workbooks.

    Additional changes such as working on diet and lifestyle may take up more time in your life, but they are also activities that will bring you health, boost your mood, and of course support your digestion!

  • Have you worked with a specialized Dietitian? This is a WHOLE different experience when it comes to managing your IBS & gut-health!

    The Gut Harmony Society is designed to help you make sustainable results and habits. As a licensed, expert in nutrition (Registered Dietitian), I undergo extensive study & regulation to ensure my commitment to evidence-based practice.

    I take a food & lifestyle approach, and show you how to make shifts that are REALISTIC as well as sustainable… rather than encouraging restriction, expensive supplements, or “cleanses.” (Don’t get me started on the garbage advice out there! 😩)

  • Yes! The course is available both from desktop access as well as a user-friendly and responsive app you can download to your phone or tablet.

    This means you can easily access the training videos and resources on the go (such as driving to an appointment, walking outside) to ensure you can access your resources wherever it suits you!

  • The online learning portal contains 30+ STEP BY STEP trainings, with comprehensive resources to guide you through your gut-healing journey!

    The length of the online modules are meant to be spread out over a 4-6 months period. Within the online portal, the modules and associated lessons will have recommended weeks & months associated with them to guide your timing and process.

    As the lessons can be completed at your own pace, you will have access to the course portal and all resources, training videos, and monthly Q and As for a full 12-months.

    This extended time will allow you to take more time if needed to complete the lessons and trainings, as well as go back later to review the resources & guides when you need them! 🗓️

    I also create additional bonus trainings and update the lessons regularly, so you will get ongoing access to updates and new resources! 🤩

  • While we can't promise results and your outcomes will depend on your unique condition as well as adherence to the recommendations, those that follow the recommendations experience on average a minimum of 50% improvement in symptoms in the first 2-3 weeks.
