For in-person meetings, I am located in downtown Toronto. Do you live outside of Toronto, or have a hectic schedule? If that is the case, I also offer phone and online appointments.
In the initial assessment, we will review your diet history, medical health, lifestyle habits, and more. We may also discuss relevant bloodwork and take biometric measurements (weight, body composition, body part measurements). Together we will set concrete health and fitness goals, and you will be provided with a comprehensive nutrition care plan and tailored resources to help you meet them.
Check-ins allow for accountability which is the key to success. We will review your progress, discuss setbacks, and make adjustments to the plan as necessary to keep you moving forward.
Are you stuck on what to buy to feed yourself, or perhaps a hungry family? Not sure what snacks to have on hand? Which spices, sauces and staples are the key to a healthy cupboard? We will spend 60 minutes shopping the grocery store with a list reviewing key areas and items relevant to your needs and present health goals.
Grocery store locations must be within 1 km of King Station, otherwise an additional $20 fee will be applied.
