For in-person meetings, I am located in downtown Toronto. Do you live outside of Toronto, and/or have a hectic schedule? If that is the case, I also offer phone and virtual appointments.
In the initial appointment, we will discuss food preferences, lifestyle habits, medical history, and more. We will set concrete health and nutrition goals, and you will be provided with a comprehensive nutrition care plan along with tailored resources to help you meet them.
